Dr. Ganeshan Wignaraja is a Sri Lankan economist who has worked in Asia and Europe. His books, which have been translated into Chinese and French, include The Postwar Evolution of Development Thinking and Connecting Asia. Wignaraja is Visiting Senior Fellow at ODI in London, Professorial Fellow in economics at Gateway House in Mumbai and Advisor to the Sri Lankan President. Previously, he was Director of Research at the ADB Institute in Tokyo. He holds a DPhil in economics from Oxford University.
