Chevaan Daniel is a former TV news anchor and the Group Director of the Capital Maharaja Organization – one of Sri Lanka’s largest diversified conglomerates, where he leads the groups media and music businesses. He leads Gammadda, one of Sri Lanka’s largest grassroots humanitarian movements and is the Sri Lanka Business Leader for the Bali Process Government & Business Forum. He is a Fulbright Scholar, an Eisenhower Global Fellow, and an Asia 21 Fellow. Chevaan sits on the Global Advisory Board of Brown Universities Center for Human Rights and Humanitarian Studies.
